Recruitment and Maritime Training
With purpose of meeting to the requirements of STCW78/2010 and the Maritime conventions as well as specific requirements of principals, HP MARINE continuously recruit crew members in ranks according to the demand of manning on vessels managed by different ship managers then provide them the following training courses

Crew supply and management
At the request of each principal, HP MARINE always keep in mind having its high responsibility to consult its principals the solution in crew manning with competitive cost based on the availability of seafarer as well as correct survey on Vietnam maritime labor market.

Sending Vietnamese Labors to work abroad
Besides crew supplying and maritime training, HP MARINE also starts its first steps in sending Vietnam Labors to work abroad at the employment contract. The major market of this business is Japan and Korea with the increasing demand of construction, machinery assembling workers as well as agriculture, medical workers.
